Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Produce executive-grade trend briefings and innovation roadmaps with quantifiable impact metrics
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Champion design-thinking methodologies for next-generation user experience ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy leadership
- Proven expertise in analyzing exponential technology trends (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex scenarios
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Deep familiarity with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term transformation strategies
