Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps by analyzing emerging trends in quantum computing, neurotech, and climate engineering
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and external thought leaders
- Produce strategic foresight reports predicting market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Architect ethical frameworks for AI systems operating beyond 2026's regulatory landscape
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future human needs
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and venture capital partners
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech analysis, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or space tech
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level narratives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario-planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
