Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via remote channels for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Windows/macOS environments and cloud platforms
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments for remote workstations
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for client self-service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system migrations and IT infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical disruptions
- Train clients on remote collaboration tools and cybersecurity best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with remote work technologies
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical credentials
