Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, social, and economic megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across R&D and product teams
- Partner with AI/ML researchers to integrate predictive analytics into strategic decision-making
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports for executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks to ensure responsible deployment of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or Technology Innovation
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
