As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable systems. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion-dollar roadmaps while mentoring a team of forward-thinking analysts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating disruptive innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Produce scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptions
- Author white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences and publications
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis
- Partner with product teams to incubate R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or tech strategy publications
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term technology adoption strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
