Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies and societal trends
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation domains
- Design and facilitate future scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and present findings at industry conferences
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing business models and innovation pipelines
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their business implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
