- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-oriented initiatives
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and partnership opportunities
- Design resilience frameworks for technological disruption and workforce transformation
- Represent Horizon Innovations at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, biotech, AGI trajectories)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) or equivalent practical mastery
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or implemented strategic frameworks
