- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business initiatives
- Establish quantitative frameworks to measure and track predictive indicators of market evolution
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-focused thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content positioning our company as a future authority
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive technologies and partnership opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy with proven future-planning impact
- Deep expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies in tech/industry
- Proficiency in AI/ML trend forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Global perspective with understanding of geopolitical and socio-technological convergence points
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or related innovation methodology
