- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports with predictive analytics
- Advocate for ethical innovation in board-level presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using tools like Delphi or horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies
