Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks in emerging technologies
- Produce high-impact strategic roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future market potential through data-driven forecasting models
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technical shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience with foresight methodologies: Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Portfolio of future strategy projects with measurable outcomes
