Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prioritize future-focused R&D initiatives

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
