Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define feature requirements.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to elevate team standards.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve application speed and reliability.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, specifically in full-stack development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Remote Work: Proven track record of successfully working in a distributed, remote-first environment.
