- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments affecting long-term innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and AI trend analysis
- Track record advising Fortune 500 or global institutions on future strategy
