Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing business models
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design and facilitate executive strategy workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Build and maintain a proprietary ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and domain experts
- Quantify long-term ROI of speculative investments in emerging markets
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-backed narratives
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and complex adaptive systems
- Advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, bespoke models)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
