Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic positioning
- Lead high-stakes workshops with executive teams to translate foresight into executable roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces that establish industry authority
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio focused on frontier technologies and market disruption
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and other global futurism forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or corporate futurism at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of successful 5+ year strategic implementation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation required
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or scenario-planning documents
