Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026 market disruptors
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-vision into corporate strategy
- Conduct horizon scanning across biotech, AI ethics, and climate tech domains
- Present disruptive scenarios to investors and board stakeholders
- Mentor futurist talent in our innovation incubator
- Author thought leadership on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Published futurist research or patents in forward-thinking domains
- Experience leading teams through paradigm shifts
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-vision projects
