Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with emerging paradigms
- Produce actionable white papers and scenario-planning models for stakeholders
- Curate innovation ecosystems through partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight or scenario planning preferred
