- Author annual 'Horizon Reports' for Fortune 500 partners with 95%+ accuracy on trend validation
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen automation and human-machine collaboration systems
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental initiatives in decentralized ecosystems
- Mentor a 12-person Futures Lab team while publishing thought leadership in Nature Futures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 7+ years applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of predicting industry shifts (showcased in published trend reports or patents)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and weak-signal analysis
- Advanced proficiency in AI trend forecasting tools (GPT-4, Trendalyzer, Palantir)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (AC/FCF) and Systems Dynamics (MIT Sloan)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year strategic implementations from foresight insights
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG frameworks for sustainable futures
