- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future capabilities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof business models and value propositions
- Advolve regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario development
- Proven ability to translate complex futures concepts into executable strategies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Published research or thought leadership in emerging tech or societal trends
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, CFMP) highly valued
