- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with visualized disruption forecasts
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions in our innovation lab
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptability in exponential change environments
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in tech or consulting environments
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 2020-2030 technology shifts
- Expertise in systems modeling tools (e.g., Kumu, Causal Loop Modeling)
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in probabilistic forecasting frameworks
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on strategic pivots
