Responsibilities

- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market viability
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry journals and global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate cross-functional innovation ecosystems
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks in high-stakes decision-making
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and global conferences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
