As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll leverage predictive analytics, scenario planning, and cross-industry synthesis to develop actionable strategies that preempt market disruptions. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to translate foresight into competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026+ technological convergence (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce annual Horizon Scan reports identifying 15+ emerging market disruptors
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for board-level strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed futurism into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness maturity across organizations
- Author thought leadership for industry publications and conferences
- Maintain proprietary database of emerging technologies and societal shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and backcasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or strategic frameworks required
