Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Develop executive-ready future intelligence reports with quantitative and qualitative foresight
- Partner with R&D to translate trend insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for senior leadership on emerging paradigm shifts
- Establish KPI frameworks to track future-readiness metrics and strategic alignment
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Mastery of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research frameworks
- Track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership on technological, social, or economic megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
