Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Construct predictive models for market evolution and consumer behavior post-2025
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author visionary whitepapers and scenario-planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and business models
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging trend adoption rates and innovation maturity
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing strategies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent professional training
