Qualifications

- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of launching successful ventures with 5+ year time horizons
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Mastery of strategic frameworks (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, technology adoption curves)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic strategy implementations with measurable outcomes
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
