Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate science to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for core product lines and new market entry
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists in prototyping futuristic solutions
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer emerging technologies
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on the future of human-technology symbiosis
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in forecasting disruptive technologies and implementing strategic pivots
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: AGI, synthetic biology, or quantum computing
- Exceptional data modeling skills using Python/R and advanced statistical analysis
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on innovation strategy and digital transformation
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives launched in the past 5 years
