Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across tech, climate, and socio-economic domains to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable business models
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to mitigate disruption risks
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for emerging markets
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and exclusive futurist forums
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published portfolio of trend reports or scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in AI ethics, biotech policy, or circular economy principles
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with cross-cultural stakeholder alignment across 15+ countries
- Track record of influencing product strategy for Fortune 500 companies
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
