Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map global technology, economic, and social trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for exponential technology adoption across enterprise verticals
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize emerging innovations
- Present foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across organizational functions
- Pioneer new methodologies for long-term strategic forecasting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with complex data visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Experience facilitating executive-level scenario planning sessions
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
