- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports and predictive analytics for executive decision-making
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
- Design and implement agile frameworks for rapid adaptation to emerging trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, etc.)
