- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future-oriented mindsets
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive briefings for stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for strategic integration opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and innovation pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar methodology (e.g., CFM)
