Responsibilities

- Produce executive-ready trend reports and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to align emerging technologies with market opportunities
- Monitor horizon-scanning sources (academic, VC, policy labs) for early signals
- Represent the company at future-focused conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future scenarios
- Expertise in horizon scanning and signal detection methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-impact future-oriented projects
