Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop long-term strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for 2026 challenges
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Monitor horizon scanning reports and maintain a living ecosystem of emerging signals
- Drive cultural transformation to foster organizational agility and future-readiness
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech, or neurotech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate signals into cohesive narratives
- Strong data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSFs, Delphi) highly desirable
- Published thought leadership in future trends or tech innovation
