- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor disruption strategies
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their impacts
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
