Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for long-term corporate positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to co-create future-proof solutions
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce white papers and thought leadership content on future-focused topics
- Integrate foresight insights into product development and business strategy cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and data-driven forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
