- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026

- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future-proof business models
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight analytics capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, systems thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation publications
- Experience leading cross-continental teams in matrixed environments
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning deliverables for Fortune 500 clients
