As a key member of our C-Suite Strategy team, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech pioneers to develop actionable blueprints for 2026 and beyond. You'll shape our innovation portfolio while mentoring the next generation of futurists through our proprietary Horizon Labs program.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and social trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Interface with C-suite executives to align corporate strategy with future market disruptions
- Curate and lead executive workshops on exponential technologies and their business implications
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in Future Tech Review
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, clean energy)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences across global markets
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy domains
- Experience mentoring teams in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused initiatives implemented in Fortune 500 settings
