- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-state opportunities
- Author forward-looking thought leadership reports published in top-tier industry journals
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using proprietary AI-driven analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced trend analysis and critical thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Exceptional data visualization skills with advanced proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting domains
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
