- Produce annual 'Horizon Report' with actionable recommendations for R&D investment
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-readiness into current development cycles
- Establish KPIs for tracking adoption of emerging technologies and market readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership on AI governance or next-gen tech ethics
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive modeling
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation tech
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite strategy decisions
