Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to map potential futures and identify strategic inflection points
- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate future insights into roadmaps
- Produce executive-ready future-state reports with quantified impact assessments
- Establish and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation initiatives for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-digital convergence)
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech experience
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for 2020+ horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and geopolitical impacts on business
