Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight initiatives across technology, consumer behavior, and global markets
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare the organization for multiple future states
- Collaborate with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term strategic objectives
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build quantitative models to forecast market evolution and competitive landscapes
- Drive organizational culture of adaptive innovation and future readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Economics, or related field
