Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap 2026-era technology solutions integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes for commercial deployment
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry leaders
- Develop go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neuro-interfaces
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with federal R&D grants and DARPA-style programs
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global collaboration
