Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic planning roles
- Proven track record launching products/services with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, Quantum, Biotech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and innovation frameworks
- Experience managing innovation budgets over $3M
