Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 product innovation roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging technologies
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget across 5+ concurrent projects
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and key stakeholders quarterly
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams
- Drive patent portfolio development (15+ filings/year target)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budget management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
