Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching transformative products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strategic partnerships experience with Fortune 500 companies or VCs
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
