Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with company vision and market disruptors
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, biotech, quantum computing, sustainable tech) to prototype future-ready solutions
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies with 3-5 year deployment horizons
- Mentor talent in emerging domains and foster a culture of bold experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product/innovation leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, neurotech, climate tech)
- Track record of scaling from concept to market for disruptive products
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis for 2025+ horizons
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and technical teams
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent innovation leadership credentials
