Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product development with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Track record of scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets or innovation grants
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, TRIZ)
