Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in 5+ year roadmap development
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Track record of launching disruptive products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major innovation initiatives from conception to market
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or aerospace preferred)
