- Architect and execute the 2026+ innovation roadmap through market trend analysis and competitive intelligence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic business models and technologies
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and ROI for future-facing initiatives
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to anticipate emerging paradigms
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies

- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
