Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with quantifiable impact metrics
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bio-integration, neural interfaces) for strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on future scenarios
- Drive ethical frameworks for AI and automation implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Strategy, or Futurist Studies required
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
