Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging 100+ qubit systems
- Develop error correction frameworks achieving fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography and materials science
- Create architectural blueprints for quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Establish performance benchmarks and validation protocols for quantum advantage
- Secure patents for novel quantum architectural methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum error correction
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm optimization
